Julian was handed the ball tonight as the starting pitcher against Union and he didn't disappoint! After being rained out last night, Julian had ample time to get nervous about his starting gig but maintained poise and control through his three innings of pitching. He had 6 strikeouts, didn't allow any runs, and only gave up 1 hit and 2 walks. At the plate he was 1 for 2, with a groundout and a hit to center in which he ended up at second base and got things going at the plate for the team. Hope won the game 5-1 and remain the team to beat in the league with a record of 8-0!
